Add your life goals, share your journey, your skills, interests, or request help from the community to overcome challenges. Why you will LOVE GEMJEM: • GEMJEM is women-only (everyone who identifies as woman). • It’s designed to easily connect with other women. • It’s a respectful and healthy place online. • GEMJEM is about realness and lifting each other up. • That’s why we don’t have filters in the GEMJEM app. • You don’t have to have a bunch of friends or a large network before entering the app. • All accounts are verified and checked by humans, to ensure realness and high quality profiles. • We do not sell your data to other companies. • We do not use your data for advertising purposes. • The app does not contain any in-app purchases. How to get MOST out of your profile: • Build your profile, as complete as possible. • Add your life goals • Showcase your skills and interests. • Share your journey • Let others know what you are looking for or what you have to offer. • Be as specific as possible as we want to make contacting each other as accessible as possible. The FUTURE of GEMJEM: • You are about to enter the first version of the GEMJEM app. • There are many more functionalities on our roadmap, which can be expected over time. • We will continually improve our app and expand the possibilities, so make sure to regularly update your app in the app store. PROFILE • Create your personal profile. Share your life goals, your story, your interests and your skills. • GEMJEM is about mentorship and support. Let others know how you can lend a hand or how you’d like to collaborate. • What’s on your wishlist? Share what you are looking for and let other GEMJEM members know they can reach out to you. EXPLORE • Discover all the GEMJEM Universes. You can join as many as you want. • Participate in these group discussions about topics that have your interest. • Find out who is active in the different Universes, check out the profiles of other users and interact and connect with like-minded women. • Find conversations about topics like personal development, motherhood, financial independence, career, mental health or entrepreneurship. UNIVERSES • Easily navigate through the GEMJEM Universes you’ve been active in. • Pick up conversations where you left them at another moment. • Return to your favorite Universe on a daily basis and grow long term friendships. • Start a one-on-one conversation with users you’d like to add to your network. CHATS • Send private messages (GEMs) to other users. • Easily navigate through your one-on-one conversations. NOTIFICATIONS • Receive in-app notifications about replies on your group chat activity. • GEMJEM shares in-app notifications about important topics, such as the verification status of your profile. • As we value mental health very highly, we do not send you any push notifications on your smartphone. VERIFICATION • All user profiles are checked and verified by humans. • As soon as you have fully completed your profile, you can start the verification process. • After your profile is verified you’ll receive full access to all the functionalities GEMJEM has to offer.
