The YogiStick will help facilitate entrance into postures + movements, as the stick assists for extraordinary cushioning, support, balance, and flexibility without over-compensating. Using the prop will strengthen your shoulders and opens the hips without you knowing it! Users range of motion will mature and progress when practiced with on a regular basis. The YogiStick aids the beginner, teaches the intermediate and challenges the experienced. VARIETY TO STAY INSPIRED : Get the mix of strength, yoga, and zen to hit your fitness goals at any level.
