RTRS Service Safety was created to manage safety and forms used in service industries with custom observations, mobile forms, safety talks and file cabinets specifically configured for each company. The forms can be option pulldowns, currency fields, time/date fields, radio buttons (male/female, true/false, yes/no) or even sketch fields to make filling out forms an easy process. Service Tickets can now be created in the field with no paper! RTRS Service Safety also contains a module to upload Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals so they are managed in a central location. RTRS Service Safety has a file cabinet built into the app in order to view specific policies, certifications and procedures from any device- while managing version control to ensure that field personnel only see the latest corporate documents.
