PQT-Health is to facilitate members who have acquired health cover. Usually Member has to request for the status of his/her policy from Pak Qatar Family Takaful. Now individual member can have instant access to all necessary information related to his/her policy. Member shall get himself registered through Registration Form. A unique Verification Code will be allocated and forwarded to him through his email addresses or SMS on the contact as available in the record. This Verification Code shall be the key to access the PQT-Health. A Member can perform following activities through PQT-Health. • View his/her policy related information. • View previous claims related information. • Intimate claim along with necessary information. • Make request for reimbursement of claim amount. • Update Member and his/her family information. • Locate nearby hospital. • Find nearest doctor along with his/her timings. • Record medical treatment related information. • Track status of membership activities. • Know the available guidelines for submission claims. • Register complaints. • Talk to our health representative
