The primary goal of this electronic banking service is to provide customers with a more responsive and cost-effective alternative to traditional banking. Users can access a comprehensive suite of tools through the app. Customers can easily transfer funds to other accounts, pay utility and credit card bills, view real-time account statements, stop payments on outstanding cheques, and top up their mobile phones. To facilitate features like mobile recharges and fund transfers to MFS, the app may request optional permission to access your contacts list. Additionally, optional camera permission is requested to upload a profile picture, scan QR codes for merchant payments, and use the "Cash by QR" feature in card management.
