En Route: Allows changing the status of the selected order to "En Route." The "En Route" status can be used to inform the monitoring center of the proximity of technical personnel to the target. Observations: Allows making notes about any active technical service order. Finish Technical Service: Allows changing the status of the order to "Completed." Once the order is completed, no further information such as observations or claims can be added. The service is completed with the customer's digital signature.
