You can elect to access your detail via your User ID and password or via your biometric data (i.e. fingerprint or face recognition on supported devices) _______________________________________________________________ You can also: • View all detail relating to your member contributions accounts • Check your loan account balances • Request statements • Apply for Small Loan top-ups • Apply for Short Term Loan top-ups • Apply for Special Payments • Apply for a 55+ Retirement Withdrawal (both partial or full withdrawal) • Request an appointment with SNPF officers (at Upolu or Savaii office) • View your member profile details • Reset your SNPF login password • View FAQ information and knowledge articles • Receive push notifications from us for special announcements and transaction confirmations To use the SNPF Mobile app, you must: 1. Be a Samoa National Provident Fund (SNPF) member, 2. Have a valid email address registered with SNPF, and 3. Register for an online access token.
