The SYTADIN application on smartphones, without any commercial advertising, is available for free. The Île-de-France Roads Department (DiRIF) is the public service for highways and national roads in Île-de-France. It aims to allow and facilitate regional, national and international travel on the national road network in the capital region. As such, she is responsible for the operation and development of Sytadin. Deconcentrated service of the ministry in charge of transport, the DiRIF is placed under the authority of the prefect of Île-de-France, prefect of Paris, within the regional and interdepartmental direction of equipment and development (DRIEA) of Ile-de-France.
