Indications for use: The ProPatch™ Suite is intended for use on adult patients as a patient monitor. The data from the ProPatch™ Suite is intended to be used by trained healthcare professionals for investigational use only. The ProPatch™ Suite is intended to be used in healthcare facilities, emergency medical applications, or during ground transport. The ProPatch™ Suite is a wireless monitoring system that consists of the ProPatch™, which is a chest-worn patch, and the ProPatch™ Connect iOS application. The ProPatch™ Connect iOS application is a software user interface that displays physiological data collected by the ProPatch™ hardware. This application is intended for use by healthcare professionals. The physiological data monitored includes heart rate (HR), single lead electrocardiogram (ECG), respiratory rate (RR), skin temperature, photoplethysmogram (PPG), and arterial blood oxygen saturation (SpO2). This information can be displayed in real-time on an iOS device. The system is indicated for adults aged 22 and above only.
