Features of MySOS: ■ Recording and setting goals for vital signs important for health management and treatment You can record and manage vitals such as body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, weight, body fat percentage, blood sugar levels, SpO2, and step count. It is also possible to link with OMRON connect and other health care apps pre-installed. The recorded data can be displayed in graph form. Additionally, you can set target values as agreed upon with your primary care physician or occupational health doctor. ■ Recording daily symptoms and actions like medication intake You can register daily symptoms (such as headaches or vomiting), wake-up and bedtime, and medication intake records. Mood and memos can also be recorded, providing support for accurately conveying your condition and symptoms to your doctor during consultations. ■ Registering medication information and alert functions You can register medications ranging from over-the-counter drugs to those prescribed by healthcare providers.
