Select the songs you want from your Apple Music library. 2. Choose a workout with work and rest durations. 3. Tap play — and go! You can even run workouts without music — the optional beep signals will still guide you through the intervals. SETTINGS (found in iPhone Settings): * Beep sound – play short beeps at each interval change. * Song transitions – choose how music flows between songs: – Off – Skip to next when 6 seconds remain – Crossfade (smoothly blends songs together) IN-APP OPTIONS: * Mute button – instantly silence the music during your workout. * Pause workout – fully pauses both the workout and the music.
