Cooperation and Networking: This function ensures active collaboration among teachers and educators to address daily problems faced in their profession and continuous knowledge production. Coaching and Mentoring: Teachers receive continuous support from designated coaches and mentors during and after taking online courses to apply their learned knowledge and use practical tools offered in their profession.
