The Always Food Safe app allows you to take an ANSI Approved Food Manager Exam on your cell phone or tablet. Once you pass you will have access to a nationally approved certificate, that is valid for 5 years (or as long as any certificate accepted by your local health officials and ANSI). Features include: • Proctored Exams - in-person exams include a proctor to move the exam from start to completion and address any issues testers have during the exam. • Practice Exams - Users can take exams at their own time without a proctor or time limit. Account creation and retention notice: The exams that Always Food Safe offers are designed to meet the requirements of the United States FDA’s Food Code (as well as relevant accrediting standards organizations) and help ensure the safety of foodservice establishments throughout the country.
