It includes theories, solvers, and examples for fundamental EE courses listed as follows: + circuits,  + digital,  + power systems,  and fields.  There is also a reference section that provides a refresher in math and units as applied to electrical engineering.  Emphasis is placed on basic circuit theory such as: + impedance,  + magnitude,  + phase angle,  + series circuits,  + parallel circuits, etc. Even though this is intended for the undergrad EE student, this also provides a quick reference for the engineers, hobbyists, scientists, or just enthusiasts of circuits.
