A blood pressure note can hold systolic, diastolic, and pulse together. A glucose note can combine fasting values, post-meal values, and meds from the same day. A symptom note can mix temperature, status options, and free text. If Apple's Health app does not already offer the exact structure you need, you can build your own. Over time, those notes become a cleaner personal history of what changed, when it changed, and how your body felt along the way. Your data stays on your devices and in iCloud, so it can sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. When needed, you can export to CSV or Excel for your own backup, family sharing, or conversations with a clinician. You can also import selected historical data from the Health app to give a note a starting point, or copy the template structure of an existing Note to create a new one for yourself or a family member. Health app import is currently available on iPhone only, works as a one-time historical import, and does not include document-style lab reports.
