A Liturgia é “o exercício da função sacerdotal de Cristo. A Liturgia das Horas, que tem como característica a santificação de todo o curso diurno e noturno do tempo, inclui o Ofício de Leitura, as Laudes, a Hora Intermédia (Tércia, Sexta e Noa), as Vésperas e as Completas.
