If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app. Step 1 On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password. Step 2 Set up your new password Step 3 Log in with your Online Banking username and new password. The password for the Online Banking website is unchanged and maintained separately.
