When you authorize access to Health Connect and/or Google Fit, we access the following data: Exercise Sessions - used to determine when workouts took place, and how long they lasted. This is used to track your progress towards fitness challenges. Distance - used to track how far you have traveled during your cycling, swimming, jogging, etc., workouts. This is used to track your progress towards fitness challenges where the goal is a cumulative distance.
