Trinity Health MyChart app analytics for April 12

Use your Trinity Health MyChart account to manage your health information and communicate with your care team from your mobile device. With the MyChart App, you can: • Review test results, medications, immunization history and more • View and pay your bill • Message your doctor • Schedule or change your appointments • Request prescription refills • Upload health and fitness information from your health app or other self-tracking programs such as FitBit If you do not already have a MyChart account, you must first create your account through mychart.trinity-health.org or contact your doctor's office for assistance.
