The South & West End App was designed so members can focus entirely on their fitness goals and activities, while making the processes of reserving courts/lanes, checking into the facility, updating personal information, and much more, as simple as possible. The app allows members to: • Allow users to view/edit their personal information • Ability to reserve racquet courts/swim lanes • View facility information/events/announcements • Allows users to update their payment information on file • View statements • View check-in history • View current packages on file • Ability to pay off their full bill amount • Receive push notifications • Etc.
