Experience counts. Results matter.
As the nation’s premier health care system dedicated to higher level treatment of mental health conditions, we’re committed to making a difference.
The Eating Recovery and Pathlight at Home Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) app connects individuals with a small therapeutic healing community that focuses on intensive therapy, learning and practicing skills, support and accountability.
In our Virtual IOP, you’ll be part of a core group of peers and providers that meet consistently three days a week for three hours a day. You’ll learn to navigate challenges in real life, connect with your peers and expert care team members, and form close relationships to support your lasting recovery.
Your Bridge to Long Lasting Recovery
WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE?
Three, three-hour group sessions weekly, including:
Therapy groups
Nutrition groups (eating disorders program only)
Meal support (eating disorders program only)
One weekly individual / family therapy session
One weekly session with a registered dietitian (eating disorders program only)
Frequent collaboration with outpatient medical providers
Recovery Record mobile app (eating disorders program only)
HOW DOES THE APP WORK?
Our technology allows you to connect directly with your care team and participate in group and individual sessions: designed to help you complete programming, easily access educational resources and support long-term recovery. Our app helps you join evidence-based individual therapy sessions, weekly process and skills groups and family programming – all supported by a compassionate team of licensed clinicians.
IS THE PROGRAM EFFECTIVE?
In a published, peer-reviewed research study, our Virtual IOP was shown to be effective. 100% felt connected to facilitators and group members, and 97% felt that treatment increased their chances of improving their health.
Clients in our Virtual IOP also report higher levels of attendance than on-site IOP, with 96% satisfaction and strong connections to both care team members and peers. Our clients also report clinically improved symptoms in all areas for both eating disorders and mental health conditions.

WHO ARE THE RECOVERY AT HOME CARE TEAM MEMBERS?
Our clinical care team members are all highly experienced, licensed clinicians, who together have provided more than 400,000 hours of individual, family, and group therapy to more than 7,000 virtual patients. With a leadership team of compassionate and seasoned clinicians and thought leaders, we have been actively developing effective programming for patients for years. As national thought leaders in telebehavioral health, many of our clinical leaders have authored numerous articles, publications and presentations nationwide.
HOW MUCH DOES THE PROGRAM COST?
We offer Virtual IOP for eating disorders and mood, anxiety and trauma-related conditions across the United States, with programming covered by most major commercial insurers. We also offer daily and monthly rates for those without commercial insurance.
