Discharge Reports: Documents, patient can view their discharge summaries or medical evaluation as per admission to Healthcare Facility. eRX (Electronic Prescription): Patient can view the details of previous visits to doctor for consultation along with electronic prescription. Health Summary: Gives an overview of the most recent vital information like Glucose, BP, Oxygen Saturation, Heart Beat, Temp, Height and Weight etc as recorded along with its history in patients’ health records.
