Easily manage water and electricity usage for your rental properties. Simply enter the price for up to two resources (usually water and electricity), and together with the guest, at the start of their stay, take a picture of the water and electricity meters as evidence for the manually entered numbers. Do the same at the end of their stay, and the app will calculate the amount the guest needs to pay, or more commonly, you subtract the amount they need to pay for their usage from their deposit.
