The Insight App was programmed to run a psychology experiment on self-improvement conducted by Victoria Amo and Dr. Falk Lieder from the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems. This study is designed to measure the efficacy of different types of interventions to help to people recognize and overcome maladaptive mental and emotional habits. Participating in this study will give users access to The InsightApp for the duration of the intervention.
