At any time, you can view a selection of exercises matching your exact criteria. From there you can choose an exercise from the list, search by name, or allow us to choose a random exercise for you. SwiftSet has an exercise database containing 1100+ Exercises and growing! Each exercise can be selected and a video demonstrating the movement will be shown. Users can also save exercises to view at anytime.
