The NYSOH Mobile App now also allows you to view your eligibility and enrollment dates, program information, and more. The NYSOH Mobile App is quick and easy to use. Following a simple log in from your phone or tablet, you can choose to upload a document to your account or navigate to your account overview to view your account information.
