Metrô-DF launches a new application with the aim of making life easier for those who use the subway in Brasília. The objective is to offer a better quality service to the user. Check out the features available in this version: - See the arrival time of trains at any station in real time; - Consult the operating situation of the Metro at any time and find out if the service is being provided normally, at reduced speed or at a standstill. - Receive notifications about any major metro event that may impact your trip. Now the Metrô-DF will be able to communicate directly with all its users, in case of need, in an agile and efficient way; - Find out all the details of each subway station: what services are offered, what are the nearby points of interest and a map of the surroundings. See also which stations are available for public services, shared bicycles and ATMs; - Find out which station is closest to you; - Plan your route: know how and when you will reach your destination; - Make suggestions, criticisms, complaints, etc. using the OUV-DF ombudsman system integrated into the application, which also has the ability to report or complain completely anonymously. If you make a statement in which you identify yourself, Metrô-DF will respond to your demand by email or through the OUV-DF website (https://www.ouv.df.gov.br); - Find out about fare prices, opening hours, lost and found, among other important information; - View the complete map of the network.
