You can search open directories for audio and video files, convert any URL to a QR code, and even search for lyrics directly from YouTube. If you want full control, two extensions let you run custom shortcuts or scripts from Safari to automate just about anything. Enable or disable each extension anytime via Settings > Safari > Extensions. Try them one at a time to find what works best for you.
