Ceras is an app that is fully compliant with HIPAA regulations and which allows users to capture their health and activity metrics from Ceras Health branded wearable devices, as well as devices from other manufacturers, including Apple. In order to access a patient's health data from their Apple device, the Ceras app utilizes Apple's SDK and Health app, but only after obtaining a patient's explicit permission to do so.
