The Hi There Solutions application has both Basic and Premium subscription plans that auto-renew yearly. The Basic subscription plan only includes the Hi There!!! video chat solution with three levels of video minutes and instant messages from which to choose. The Premium subscription plan includes both the Hi There!!! video chat solution and the Just Talk! text chat board solution with three levels of video minutes and instant messages from which to choose. Your unused video minutes and instant messages roll over to the next annual subscription period. You may upgrade from the Basic plan to the Premium plan at any time, and you may upgrade to higher tier levels within your plan. Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless they are canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in Settings after purchase.
