The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) vision is that all children with epilepsy should carry important and the most up to date information about their epilepsy condition. They call this the Epilepsy Passport. This Web Application only enables doctors to create and amend the Epilepsy Passport. There is a dedicated app with easily browsable data of epilepsy records for the patient and a web based back-end program for the healthcare professionals.
