Over time, those notes become a cleaner personal history of what changed, when it changed, and how your body felt along the way. Your data stays on your devices and in iCloud, so it can sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. When needed, you can export to CSV or Excel for your own backup, family sharing, or conversations with a clinician. You can also import selected historical data from the Health app to give a note a starting point, or copy the template structure of an existing Note to create a new one for yourself or a family member. Health app import is currently available on iPhone only, works as a one-time historical import, and does not include document-style lab reports.
