At present Loulé City Council holds 51% of the capital stock and Quinta do Lago, SA holds 49%. The creation of the company aimed specifically at gathering a set of skills and knowledge, that would allow a good management of the infrastructure and public spaces of Quinta do Lago and in this way guarantee the maintenance of the high quality standards of this urban space. Infraquinta assures in its area of intervention and competence, the following services: • Management of the System of Collection and Deposition of Urban Waste; • Maintenance and Management of the Sanitation Infrastructures Network (rainwater network, sewage network, central and lift stations); • Water Supply Network; • Maintenance and Management of Public Spaces and Equipment (Accessibilities, Green Spaces and Forest, Public Lighting, Road Network, Advertising Licensing and Occupation of the Public Road).
