Other Matter allows users to access Augmented Reality experiences designed by students of the University of Applied Arts and the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. The works explorable through the Other Matter App investigate the possibilities of virtual and augmented space populations through the playful use of digital technologies. Students from various departments looked at different approaches of immaterial architecture in order to develop ephemeral, audio-visual objects, structures, or installations that stand in dialogue and emulate new experiences in relation to an existing architectural context.
