This app will allow technicians to access and share owners and installation manuals, service manuals and submittals. Technicians may create and send detailed reports for support from our tech department. These reports allow you to create and save a ticket for future references. This app also gives you trouble shooting guides and videos. Technicians will find relevant manuals and error code guides and maintain direct communication with ComfortStar Tech Support agents. With this app troubleshooting and unit repair is streamlined for a technician. Users can also opt in to receive notifications from the app for updates and new tools being provided.
