Addition Skills provides teachers and parents with an educational tool for teaching a standard problem solving method for adding numbers between 0 and 999. The skills needed to add large numbers are developed incrementally. The app uses an active learning approach. Students slide number tiles in order to find the answer to an addition problem. Based on Common Core Standards, Addition Skills gives kids the power to use their iPads to learn an algorithm that they will use for their entire lives.
