Thai Disaster Alert 與 Phonphai 使用情況與統計

"Phonphai" is an application to receive disaster alerts and send a request for help . All units can monitor and response to the same request at the same time to avoid duplicated, error and unclear data . This application also help to prevent the delay of resource delivery and forwarding victim information.
