We launched our virtual workouts on Facebook and YouTube in March of 2020, before launching the AFS-TV platform in October of the same year. While we've come a long way with our virtual content, we are still learning and growing. We are excited to learn and grow with you. While we know there are a lot of virtual exercise options out there, we hope that you will consider supporting our small fitness family as we continue our mission to serve and empower others through fitness.
