The My BMW App is the ultimate vehicle companion. Check the status of your BMW, plan trips in advance, manage all your charging needs, or use one of the many remote features all from the convenience of your smartphone. In addition to daily mobility needs, the My BMW App supports you in many other ways, from booking your next service appointment to discovering more about your vehicle. You can start using the My BMW App as soon as you receive your VIN number in pre-delivery mode, so don’t wait. CHECK YOUR VEHICLE STATUS “All Good” – The My BMW App provides you with an overview of crucial status information like your BMW’s drive-ready state, enabling you to: •View your vehicle's location •Check your current fuel/energy level, tire pressure and vehicle alerts •Get updated in case alarms are triggered or the vehicle is hit while parked •Add widgets to your home screen for even quicker access OPERATE YOUR VEHICLE REMOTELY Control the functions of your BMW directly from your smartphone: •Schedule and activate climatization •Lock and unlock the doors, access the trunk, operate the horn and lights, and with later generation vehicles open and close windows. •Record images from inside and outside the vehicle •Update your vehicle configuration remotely, including onboard apps NEW: PASSENGER REMOTE CONTROLS (model dependent) When joining a roadtrip, passengers can use the My BMW App to operate multiple onboard functions such as climate settings, media control, interior lights and navigation functions like sending destinations directly to the onboard navigation – by invitation of the driver and even without BMW ID. Paying after refuelling directly in your car? The APP&GO feature guides you through the entire refuelling process: from selecting the nearest APP&GO station to authorising payment - the DKV Mobility App remains available to help you save valuable time in your daily routine. Charging your electric vehicle? The new update of the DKV Mobility App not only gives you access to roughly 70.000 fuel stations, but to also more than 1 million public charging points in our network. It's easy and is just one click away. Another unique feature is the intelligent route planning, where the DKV Mobility App automatically calculates the best route with optimal charging stops for long distances. Need to find a station quickly? With our new home screen, you have instant access to the station closest to you. You can check the price and start navigation right away. Actively managing time windows in which the DKV CARD can be used? The activation mode "on demand" offers the possibility to activate cards only for the period in which they are used for a transaction. During the rest of the time, the card is inactive, and transactions will be declined. Simply start the 30-minute time window during which fuel can be purchased. After the time has expired, the card is automatically deactivated again. What other benefits does the DKV Mobility App offer?
