Experienced doctors consult with you via video around the clock. Your health insurance covers the costs of your online doctor visit. What does TeleClinic offer me? • Online doctor appointments. Simply from home. Also in the evenings and on weekends. In the TeleClinic app, you can conveniently speak with (specialist) doctors from all over Germany via video from the comfort of your home. • Electronic prescriptions (e-prescription) Request your e-prescription in just a few clicks via TeleClinic. You'll receive your e-prescription directly in the app at the doctor's discretion. You can have your medication delivered to your home or pick it up at a local pharmacy. • Sick notes (digital certificate) For many illnesses, it's advisable to stay in bed and rest at home.
