myFRISCO is a free, simple and intuitive tool providing a platform for reporting concerns, 24/7. Users document problems by reporting – and / or taking photos with their mobile phones and uploading to the myFRISCO app. This service targets issues related to water, sewer, streets, traffic signals, lighting, signage, recycling & trash, animal control and code enforcement. myFRISCO is a convenient way to report a problem and monitor progress as our staff works on a solution. Our employees strive to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Even so, we need your 'extra eyes and ears' to help us do this. A healthy yard needs less water than you may think. Water My Yard provides weekly watering recommendations customized for your local area and your irrigation system. Notifications include the amount of water needed, how long to run your irrigation system in minutes, and whether there are local watering restrictions in place. Limited service areas are available. Please visit watermyyard.org to determine if your area is available. Water My Yard is a program of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service conducted in collaboration with cities, water utilities, and water districts.
