Multiple attributes can be selected at once and scores summed to provide an estimated overall ranking of suitability. Antidepressant drugs include: citalopram, escitalopram, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine, sertraline, agomelatine, bupropion, mirtazapine, desvenlafaxine, levomilnacipran, milnacipran, venlafaxine, nefazodone, trazodone, vilazodone, vortioxetine, amitriptyline, amoxapine, clomipramine, desipramine, doxepin, imipramine, maprotiline, nortriptyline, protriptyline, trimipramine, isocarboxazid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, and duloxetine. Ranked measures include: anticholinergic, drowsiness, insomnia/agitation, orthostasis, QTc prolongation, GI toxicity, weight gain, sexual dysfunction, antidepressant-naive, pregnant, breastfeeding, chronic pain, suicide (overdose) risk, cost, drug-drug interaction risk, renal impairment, hepatic impairment, antidepressant efficacy, all-cause discontinuation, and discontinuation due to side effects.
