The Café is nestled on two acres next to a pond in a live oak grove full of fruit trees, berries, vegetables, and botanical plants along with wild birds, Key West chickens, donkeys, and pets. The Café has big windows, French doors, a fireplace, and deck-chair-filled porches. Secluded and full of life, Café Détente is the perfect spot to uplift diverse voices and promote service. Café Détente is not open to the public with waitstaff and menus. Instead, it’s more of a place to hold events of common interest: come drink delicious coffee, listen to great musicians, and eat phenomenal food from talented guest chefs.
