The app sends a notification, reminding you that you should open it to receive an update. When the app is being opened, it immediately updates the database if the phone is connected to the internet. You can also start an update manually by clicking on the update button on the start screen. Who is Clever Dialer? Clever Dialer is a service that provides spam protection on various platforms.
