This application presents you the Sanskrit New Testament in different Indian scripts, in the following order: Devangari, Assamese, Bengali, Burmese, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Cologne, Harvard-Kyoto, ITRANS, IAST, ISO, Velthuis. At the end of this app, we also put an English New Testament version for those who want to compare. If you press the little “book” icon on the top right, you can change the windows on the screen: Now choose either - “single pane” if you want to see the Devangari Script only - "two panes" to display the Devangari Script at the top and one of the other Scripts (e.g. Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Urdu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Assamese) versions at the bottom - "verse by verse" to display a verse in Devangari Script followed by the same verse in another Script, e.g. Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Urdu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Assamese, or the English verse. • When you tap on a verse, an image button is shown on the bottom toolbar. When this button is pressed, the ’Edit image’ screen appears. You can choose the background image, move the text around the image, change the font, text size, alignment, format and color.
