How do I start? # Download the Nationwide banking app and follow the instructions on screen, you’ll need your Nationwide account details or customer number. You can log in with Face ID, Touch ID or passnumber if your device allows. Once you have set up biometrics on your account, you will be able to confirm new payments with Face ID or Touch ID. We will ask you to take a selfie. The app shows you pending transactions and includes easy identifiers such as brand logos and the organisation’s location and contact details. • Set savings goals and your own contactless payment limits. You can also turn off contactless payments. • Round up your spending and save the extra directly into your savings account. • If you ever find gambling becomes a problem for you, use the app to set a gambling block. • Personalise your settings to update your personal details, get text alerts and go paperless.
