I emerged with a completely different perspective on life and knew that I had to share this powerful transformation with as many people as I could. Yoga and meditation helped my mind and body to become more resilient. It became my soul refuge when, after 15 years of responding to emergencies, things came to breaking point and I had no choice but to take time away from the career I loved. During this time, I transformed and became a better and more confident version of myself through yoga.
