Classes range from our foundational BURN45, a weighted swift succession style class, to ISOBURN, a Pilates and Sculpt based Isometric sequencing workout. Each class offers a unique and wholistic approach to muscular design and conditioning resulting in a balanced, beautiful and strong physique for all fitness levels. Classes range from 45-60 minutes and are designed to be easily modified to accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced. We believe weights are the fountain of youth and a key component to an efficient fat burning workout.
