User can registered itself or an guest user can use the citizen based grievance app to capture and grievance in field . Mobile app shall facilitate user to report different kind of irrigation related issues from the field. During collection of grievance data user shall provide maximum 4 no. of photo or a video of 30Sec. as documentary evidence which shall help officials to understand the issue by looking into the attached media. App shall also capture the geotagged photo graph with timestamp during the capturing of photo. System shall prohibit users to upload photo or any old video from gallery. On registration of a grievance an ticket number shall be issued on behalf of that and the ticket number can be used in future for tracking the status of registered grievance. This application will have bi-lingual mode (Language change) as English & Odia.
