The app also links users to Minnesota Power’s MyAccount web page where they can view and pay their bill, monitor their electricity use, learn about energy-efficiency rebates and other offers, and more. Features: • Outage map displays area affected, number of customers affected, estimated time of power restoration and the possible cause of outages. Customers also can report an outage in their area. • Through the MyAccount link, customers can pay their bill, check on their energy use, view rebates and other offers, get energy-saving tips, find energy-assistance programs and more. • The contact page includes phone numbers, links to Minnesota Power social media pages (another great way to keep up to date on outages), a link to Minnesota Power’s outage and public safety web page, and a handy flashlight button that will turn your cellphone’s flashlight on if you are caught in the dark.
